The sites download ability was temporarily unavailable yesterday, this was due to a server file not being updated.
Sorry about that, it is now fixed and files can be downloaded fine.

We've now added the following site improvements:
Cookie based login
When you login now the ethosbasic.com site sets a cookie to remember you, if you wish you can still completely logout by clicking the "logout" link on the top right of the page.
Translations
At the bottom of every page now you have the ability to translate the current page into any of the specified languages.

A number of bugs have been fixed with the V1.1a release, and modifications to system to improve certain aspects:
It is recommended that you download and install the new version over the top of the old one, remember to have closed ethos before installing.
* Memory leak repaired when passing arrays to functions
* Text command on some graphics cards was ommiting last line
* Image viewer had a duplicate line label
* Previous bug fixes for string commands included
* Tutorials have been broken down to be more logical

05 Apr 2003 - Music crashing on Win98 |

|
A problem with the music on windows 98 has been identified, could all users who are experiencing problems with this (it crashes when playing music) please fill out bug-reports through the HELP menu.
You can simply comment out this command to temporarily avoid this problem.
We are investigating it now and should have a solution within the next couple of days.

Now you can include in your own screen shots to your games an programs
File updating
Modify and update all aspects of your programs after they've been uploaded to the site using the simple update facility that appears next to any file which you have uploaded to the site.
